Packaging: It was like setting off a glitter bomb but with Styrofoam, I actually thought I was being pranked. It's been two weeks and I'm still finding it sticking everywhere. The Styrofoam was also taped to a metal cage, which required more force to peel off, which meant more Styrofoam flying out. Item: DOESN'T USE U.S. PLUGS. That is not stated in their description. They offered to reimburse the purchase of a transformer, but the outlet these would go to is exposed. Other than that, quality looks fine but nothing you can't buy cheaper locally and with the right plugs. Return: They got very defensive. Shipping fee is as much as the purchase. To their credit, they offered a refund if I videoed me throwing it out, which I did, though it felt wasteful. Then they closed it off by demanding I never contact them again.

Lightweight but good quality and very nice design. I asked Ayyoub if it was possible to put a 2m cable on each lamp which he did for me no problem - he was also very quick to reply to all my emails:) Not that it is the fault of the shipper but DHL charged me quite a lot for customs clearance (rightly or wrongly) so bear that in mind (I live in Spain).
